I specialize in assisting my clients with the purchases and sales of single-family residences, multi-family residences, vacation homes and income property in or near the cities of Yachats, Waldport, Newport, Seal Rock, and South Beach. I keep current of all transactions. I also represent clients in Siletz, Toledo and Depoe Bay. In 2005 there were 3392 properties sold in Lincoln County. Last year there were only 1078 sold. In 1990 there were 58 ocean front lots sold. Last year there were 2 sold. In 2005 82 developed ocean front properties were sold. Last year there were only 19 sold. I know my market. I am familiar with the 1031 exchange process, short sales, and forclosures. I have several lenders that have closed successful transactions and can forward inspectors that understand the demands of the harsh coast environment.
Personal
I'm a licensed real estate attorney specializing in real estate transactions. I sell and develop real estate in Lincoln County. Real estate is my life. I am a graduate from the University of Southern California, Pepperdine University and Texas Wesleyan University. I hold degrees in engineering, business and law. I am on the Board of Directors for the Community Development Corporation for Lincoln County and One of Us Productions which is a non-profit theater group in Yachats, Oregon. I enjoy playing keyboards in rock bands and during my quiet time I enjoy creating stained glass. | |
